Creating your account
It's simple, add in your details, your address and preferences for contact and then check your inbox for your verification email. It's as simple and easy as that.
We require all the information from you in order to build your profile for you that allows you to use our service over and over again - with only the group holiday choices to enter each time!
Creating a group
Once you have verified your account, if you want to organise a group hoiliday, you can do so easily and quickly.
You'll require some basic information about your group member's like emails, rough dates, ideas for destinations as well as maybe a little about the potential groups needs (for instance anyone have children or special dietary requirements?). There's a few options to help you here (see 'Your Options' for more on that!)
Don't worry too much, you can save and return to complete the details anytime, but in our experience it's quicker and simpler to do it one sitting.
Inviting your friends
Okay so you set up your group - what next? Once you have completed all the steps to organising a group - nothing! That's the whole point.
GroupBookr.com will email all your group member's with their own log in details so they can access the Group you've set them up for. They will then be walked through how to complete the various details (Both fixed and the one's you set up)
Your options
Okay the whole idea here is that it is quick and simple. So we've kept options to a minimum. As you complete the Group set up wizard, you'll find that you are able to add questions. We've added a number of the most popular questions that we think people will ask of their groups, but you can add to these or delete them if they're not right for you.
Of course if you have any suggestions, we're also happy to hear those too!
Making a booking
Right now our system does all the hard work - except the booking. We do have a number of travel agents behind the scenes that will keep an eye out for your completed groups in order to contact you with some great deals.
So please ensure that in 'Your Details' you complete the communication preference.
